Our client, a well-established multinational banking institution, is searching for a new Banking Lawyer to join their growing team. Recognised for their commitment to delivering high-quality services within the financial industry, the organisation prides itself on maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Job Description

Your day-to-day work would include:

• Providing comprehensive legal advice on business and consumer banking matters.
• Ensuring the organisation remains compliant with relevant financial regulations.
• Drafting and reviewing various business banking agreements and contracts.
• Liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Supporting the legal team in other ad hoc duties as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a UK or Commonwealth qualified Lawyer with strong experience in the UK banking sector and the ability to commute into London 3 days per week. You should have experience handling consumer and business banking legal matters, including regulatory, litigation, and commercial legal needs.
