CMS Law is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to provide maternity cover in the Banking Knowledge Team in London. The role focuses on supporting a busy Banking practice across corporate, leveraged, real estate, infrastructure, project and asset finance, and restructuring and insolvency.

It is a fixed-term 12‑month role with flexible/hybrid working arrangements. You will work with Knowledge Counsel to develop precedents, guidance notes, and other resources, contribute to training, monitor

Qualificações

• Qualified English law lawyer with Banking and Finance experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Able to produce clear, concise written materials for a legal audience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Banking team with know-how, updates and day-to-day queries across finance sectors.
• Develop and maintain precedents, guidance notes and knowledge resources with Knowledge Counsel and partners.
• Assist in design and delivery of internal training and presentations.
