Job summary

Artemis Human Capital is working with a leading Corporate Law Firm to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor for their Belfast-based team. The role requires 2-5 years PQE with a focus on advising Financial Institutions and Corporate Borrowers on Finance Transactions and Refinancing, as well as debt restructuring and security enforcement.

Candidates should have strong drafting skills, commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE.
• Experience advising Financial Institutions and Corporate Borrowers on Finance Transactions and Refinancing; Debt Restructuring and Security Enforcement; Sales, Acquisitions and Disposals.

Responsibilities

Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working with a leading Corporate Law Firm who are currently recruiting for an Associate to join their highly regarded, Belfast based team.

The Role:

This role calls for a Solicitor of between 2-5 years PQE with good commercial acumen and a broad range of experience ideally in advising Financial Institutions and Corporate Borrowers on Finance Transactions and Refinancing; Debt Restructuring and Security Enforcement; Sales, Acquisitions and Disposals etc.

The Candidate:

• Ideally 2-5 Years PQE but all levels will be considered,
• Strong drafting skills and solid technical knowledge as well as good interpersonal skills are a must,
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed and an enthusiasm to engage with clients,
• Experience of working within another top tier Commercial Firm and returners are desirable.
