Artemis Human Capital is working with a leading Corporate Law Firm to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor for their Belfast-based team. The role requires 2-5 years PQE with a focus on advising Financial Institutions and Corporate Borrowers on Finance Transactions and Refinancing, as well as debt restructuring and security enforcement.

Candidates should have strong drafting skills, commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE.
• Experience advising Financial Institutions and Corporate Borrowers on Finance Transactions and Refinancing; Debt Restructuring and Security Enforcement; Sales, Acquisitions and Disposals.

Responsabilités

• Advise on a broad range of finance transactions and refinancing matters.
• Draft and negotiate security documents and related agreements.
• Provide commercially sound legal advice to clients and engage with stakeholders.
