About the firm

An international law firm with a global reach, with offices across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Central Asia, Europe and the Middle East, are offering the opportunity for a 2-4 PQE Associate to join their highly successful Banking & Finance team, to be based in their London office.

About the Role

You will work on high quality legal and regulatory services to a wide range of participants in the financial services sector, including: financial institutions, capital sources and other financial intermediaries, their investors, suppliers and customers, end-users of financial services (e.g. corporate borrowers) and regulatory authorities.

The firm’s client base spans every type of business, both private and public, worldwide. You will advise a diverse mix of clients, from Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 corporations to emerging companies, and from individuals to local and national governments.

About you:

You will be an England & Wales qualified lawyer, with 2-4 PQE, gained from a Banking & Finance team at a strong regional, national or international practice.
