Job Description:

We have been instructed on this new senior banking role with our client, a leading UK law firm. The firm currently seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance Team in Edinburgh.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4+ years’ PQE in Scotland or England & Wales, with the firm also open to dual-qualified individuals in both jurisdictions. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial law and will be involved in complex banking matters, including drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, managing transactional projects, conducting legal research, and producing documentation. Support and supervision of junior team members will also be expected.
