We are working with a leading offshore firm in the Cayman Islands, seeking an associate to join their reputable Banking and Finance team. The firm has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio, working across structured finance, fund finance, ECM/DCM, asset finance, and restructuring and insolvency. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to advance their career with high-value, multi-jurisdictional work, and who is motivated by lifestyle changes and additional tax benefits.

• 3-5 PQE
• Proven experience advising on fund formation and fund financing
• Admitted in England & Wales, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
• Excellent academics
