Our client has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio, specializing in fund financing, IPOs, loan, and lease financings. This opportunity is suitable for someone looking to advance their career with high-value, multi-jurisdictional work, and who is motivated by lifestyle changes and additional tax benefits.

• 3-5 PQE
• Proven experience advising on fund formation, CLOs, and fund financing
• Admitted in England & Wales, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
• Excellent academic record
• Experience from a leading law firm
• Strong desire to live in the Cayman Islands
