CareTech is seeking a Youth Support Worker for bank hours at Hatfield to help looked-after young people through daily independence and transition to adulthood. You will act as a consistent caring adult, supporting with housing, training and money matters while building trust and resilience.
Responsibilities include creating a nurturing home environment, planning shared activities, and listening to young people’s views. DBS clearance is required and sleep-ins are compensated.

New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. All staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
Each shift is 8am to 11pm – Sleep ins are 11pm to 8am
