Qualifications

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification for working with SEND.
• Experience delivering curriculum across Digital Literacy, Digital Technology, Social Enterprise, Relationship and Sex Education, Outdoor Learning, Functional Skills, English and Maths within a SEND environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver innovative, person-centred sessions for young people with complex learning difficulties and disabilities.
• Assess starting points, support skill development, and record progress to meet professional standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to maximise learning, independence and wellbeing.
