Job summary

SIS Care is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Huddersfield to join a friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support individuals with complex mental health needs in daily living and community activities, using person-centred approaches to promote independence and wellbeing.

Experience in mental health and supported living is valued; driving is useful but not essential. The employer offers Enhanced DBS, a pension scheme, career progression and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Passion for making a difference in care delivery.
• Experience within Mental Health settings is required or desirable.
• Experience in supported living services is preferred.
• Driving is helpful but not essential.
• Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential.
