Job summary

Uk Addiction Treatment Centres is seeking a committed Support Worker (Bank) at Primrose Lodge, Guildford, to provide guidance and support to clients under a zero hours contract. This role focuses on facilitating recovery plans, ensuring adherence to programme rules and delivering person-centered care.

The position offers training and development opportunities, on-site parking and access to support services, including wellbeing resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, information and support to clients including referral to aftercare services.
• Work with clients to produce appropriate recovery plans.
• Ensure clients observe programme rules and support management in investigations.
• Support medication prompting, conduct audits, and maintain records.
• Assist in day-to-day operation and help clients with life skills, housing and benefits.
• Assist residents to attend external appointments and arrange transport if needed.
• Oversee intake, assessment and discharge interventions.
• Support the therapeutic team with risk management planning and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, QA strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide statistics for evaluation.
• Assist in transferring individuals between agencies and services.
