Affinity Trust is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Leicester (LE5) to provide person-centred support for six men living in local flats. The role offers £13.00 per hour, permanent, full-time hours, with training provided and an enhanced DBS paid by the employer.

You will help residents pursue independence, join community activities, and build everyday skills. The position operates on a bank shift pattern, requiring flexibility and a friendly, proactive approach to care.
