Affinity Trust seeks a dedicated Support Worker to empower individuals to lead meaningful lives. In this role, you'll provide tailored support, encourage personal choices and independence, and foster community connections while making a genuine difference in their lives. Training and support will be provided.
Who will I support?
You will be supporting an independent gentleman who lives in his own bungalow in Dover, Kent. He leads an active lifestyle and enjoys a variety of activities, including scenic walks, leisurely drives, football, and lively discos. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience, embracing each day with a positive and proactive attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being active and making a meaningful difference.

As a support worker you’ll be there to lend a helping hand in a way that puts the person’s needs first, this means:
