Job summary

Priory Group in Lostock Hall is seeking a Bank/On-call Support Worker to join The Bungalow, a residential service for adults with autism or learning disabilities. You will provide personal care, support daily living tasks, and help residents participate in activities within a calm, compassionate team.

This role offers bank hours, £13.75 per hour, and full training. Experience in care or support work is desirable, but training is provided to all successful applicants.

The Bungalow has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.

The Bungalow is located in the town of Lostock Hall, a suburb of Preston, in Lancashire. The service offers residential support for three adult males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability.

We can also support those who have:

• Physical disabilities
• Difficulties with communication
• Mild to moderate behaviour that may challenge
• Epilepsy

What you'll be doing

You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
