Job summary

Priory Lynbrook is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Lynbrook. Shifts include early, late, and sleep-on duties, with a focus on personal care and supporting adults with autism or learning disabilities.

You will work within a compassionate team, maintaining records, supporting daily activities, and promoting independence while upholding safety and confidentiality. Training is provided, and DBS costs are covered by the employer.

  • Care or support work experience desirable but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.

  • Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality in line with policies and regulations.

Bank contract

Lynbrook has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team. Shifts are 07:30am - 1pm / 1pm - 10pm / sleep on duties.

Lynbrook is located in Bamber Bridge, a suburb of Preston, and offers residential support for four adults, who are on the autism spectrum or have a learning disability. The service is located on a side road in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood.

We can also support those who have:

  • Difficulties with communication
  • Mild to moderate behaviour that may challenge
  • Epilepsy
What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
