As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll help adults live more independent, fulfilling lives—both at home and out in the community. You’ll provide encouragement, companionship, and hands-on support tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting independence and life skills development

  • Offering emotional and social support

  • Supporting with daily tasks like meal prep and household routines

  • Attending and organising healthcare appointments

  • Keeping care records up to date

  • Reporting safeguarding concerns in line with policy

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs

  • Confident communicators with good reading and writing skills

  • Compassionate, patient, and great at motivating others

  • Reliable, flexible, and happy working both solo and in a team

  • Comfortable driving and travelling locally
