  • Full training to gain the nationally recognized Care Certificate
  • Ongoing training and career development including professional qualifications
  • Contributory Pension
  • We cover the cost of DBS checks
  • Rota planning in advance
  • Access to Wagestream for salary and earnings tracking and early access to earnings
  • Shopping discounts including Blue Light card, EE perks, and Costco membership
  • Referral bonuses for recommending a friend
  • Access to wellbeing helplines
  • Health Cash Plan

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have good communication skills
  • Hold a full UK driving license

  • Are resilient and respectful of differences
  • Can build professional relationships
  • Work well as part of a team

Your responsibilities include:

  • Empowering individuals to live the lives they want
  • Developing daily living skills
  • Supporting access to community activities, employment, and social opportunities
  • Contributing to and implementing care plans
  • Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and professionals
  • Maintaining individuals’ health needs
