Oakwood Gardens in Wombourne is recruiting a Bank Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Healthcare. This zero hours contract covers nights and days and aims to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a private, supportive environment.
You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, accompany residents to community activities, and ensure accurate records are kept. An enhanced DBS check is required.

You'll be contracted 0 hours per week (Nights from 07:45 pm till 08:00 am, Days from 7:45am - 8:00pm), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Oakwood Gardens. Oakwood Gardens has 9 self-contained bungalows supporting adults over the age of 18 with learning difficulties & autism, located in WV5 0BR, Wombourne. Supported Living in Wombourne provides nine tenancies. The service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association.
