Support Worker Role

We are looking for a Bank Support Worker who is committed to providing quality housing-related support for people living in supported accommodation. You will work alongside individuals to help them fulfill their potential, be part of their community, and feel connected to society.

Your responsibilities will include encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals in developing skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and adopt a multi-agency approach to achieve positive outcomes.
