Job summary

Community Integrated Care invites applications for Bank Support Worker positions across our Widnes services. You will support adults with learning disabilities, assist with personal care and daily activities, and help individuals lead as independently as possible.

Shifts include day and night patterns; no guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to grow and access training. Applications welcome from all backgrounds, with DBS coverage provided.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Bank Support Worker

Location:Widnes (multiple services)
Shifts:Day shifts run between 7am - 10pm and night shifts run between 9pm – 8am depending on the service (Monday - Sunday) - Bank work does not provide guaranteed hours each week, but supports the service during annual leave/sickness/etc

About Us

We have a number of supported living services and small care homes located in Widnes and are looking for flexible bank staff to provide support to individuals to live their daily lives as independently as possible.

Your Role

As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll be the reassuring presence, supporting with each person's individual needs and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable.

As part of the role, you should feel comfortable supporting with personal care, medication administration and all activities of daily living (whether that’s going out for lunch, taking a walk, supporting with shopping and cooking and lots of other things!)
