Job summary

Voyage-Care in Deal is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help people gain independence in daily life within a supportive team.

You will assist with personal care, support social activities, and help individuals access local communities and learn new life skills. DBS checks and references are required, with DBS checks and references being part of the process.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; must have a genuine caring attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to learn and develop care-related skills.
• Willingness to undergo DBS checks and provide references.

Responsibilities

Bank Support Worker – Deal - £12.71 ph

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Bank Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

As a bank support worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Deal is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
