Cygnet Group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Cygnet St Augustine's. You’ll cover flexible bank shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.

Cygnet St Augustine’s is a 32-bed high-support inpatient rehabilitation unit for men. The role offers hourly pay of £13.00 plus 12.1% annual leave allowance, with overtime opportunities and regular coaching.

Cygnet St Augustine’s is a 32 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men. Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
