Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to grow our already established, caring and superb staff team at The Lodge in Highbridge.

The Lodge is a residential service providing person-centred care and support to the individuals living there. We are registered to support 12 adults. Some residents have been here for up to 20 years and would be happy to show you around their home.

We are passionate about providing outstanding care for adults with complex mental health needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.

We pride ourselves on proactive support to enable our individuals to lead happy, independent lives. We believe that working with respect and dignity, focusing on quality of life, we can make a real difference, increasing confidence, health, and happiness, and helping people achieve their goals.
