Evergreen Lodge is located in South Croydon, in Croydon. The home offers residential support for 12 males with mental health needs. We are in a quiet area, just off a main road.

Our team is dedicated to supporting the people we care for to develop their skills for safe and independent living, increase their self-confidence, and make a positive contribution to the community. We prioritize outcomes and quality of life, tailored to individual abilities, interests, and needs.

We can also support autistic people and those with:

• A forensic background
• A personality disorder
• Epilepsy

Job Advert Role Description

As a Support Worker, you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users. You will build good relationships with service users and their families, supporting them in planning goals and living as independently as possible. The role involves personal care and participation in activities, requiring energy and initiative. Experience is not essential; a willingness to learn, compassion, and patience are key.
