Salary: £12.60 per hour

How will I be supporting the work of the Trust?
As part of a team of Activities Facilitators you will deliver a flexible support and activity service that meets the needs of our customers. The people you will be supporting have a range of support needs associated with learning disability, physical disabilities, communication and behaviours.
What does this involve?
• Planning and delivering tailored group sessions
• Supporting customers to flourish in our day opportunities environment
• Removing barriers to support all participants to take part in sessions
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in supporting people
• Has a positive attitude
• Is a good communicator, patient, and has a passion for helping people to grow
