Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Glasgow to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role focuses on enabling independence at home, including daily living tasks such as cooking and budgeting, and facilitating community activities.

Shifts are flexible, with opportunities for long days, sleepovers, and weekend work. Lifeways offers a supportive team and ongoing training to help you grow in your role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to help them live independently in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care.
• Support access to community activities, help build social connections, and manage health and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a positive, empowering environment and observe the impact of your work daily.

Bank Support Worker - Glasgow

Location: Glasgow, G40

Salary: £13.45 per hour

• Bank, flexible
