Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.
We support adults over 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), and behaviours that challenge, through community-based residential care settings and supported living services. We also offer residential and nursing care for older people with varying needs.
We have a wonderful opportunity for a full-time support worker to join our caring and supportive team. You will deliver individualised care and support, including personal care, implement person-centred care plans, and undertake a broad range of caring duties. Previous healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided.
Belmont Road is a 13-bed service providing specialist person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities or complex needs such as Rett syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, epilepsy. Support workers assist residents with daily activities, encouraging independence. We are passionate about providing excellent care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs.
As a support worker, you will be part of many inspiring stories of care and support. Support workers are key workers, providing direct support to residents.
