Shaw healthcare is looking for a Support Worker to join the team at Wood House. You will be part of a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users, providing the same standard of care we would expect for our own family members. You will use the latest care technology to spend more time with the service users you care for.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users. This includes assisting with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible. Each day will bring a unique sense of satisfaction knowing that you are making a difference in someone’s life.

We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme to support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. We also have outstanding recognition schemes such as Shaw Star Awards and Long Service Awards.

Salary: £12.13 per hour

Working Hours: Bank contract, 0 Hour, Variable Hours, 07.45-20.15
