Prime Life is looking for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as Support Workers on a bank basis. We currently have several vacancies and are eager to meet candidates for interviews as soon as possible.

This role is based at The Mount in Barrow Upon Humber, a home designed to meet the needs of 19 residents living with learning disabilities. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of our residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities of our Bank Support Worker include:

• Providing respectful and dignified support to residents
• Encouraging residents to achieve their highest quality of life
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting residents with decisions about their daily living
• Supporting day-to-day activities such as personal care, recreation, and outings
• Promoting independence during meal preparation and mealtimes
• Collaborating with other professionals for personalized care plans
