We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.


You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet Elston House.


Elston House is an 8 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day…


  1. Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  2. Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  3. Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  4. Assist with medical & welfare needs
