Turning Point UK is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will help with daily living skills and promote independence.
The role involves a 24-hour service with a variety of shifts, including early/late, sleep-ins, and weekends, with training and progression opportunities offered.

We support adults who live with autism to develop the confidence, life skills and resilience they need to achieve their personal goals and take the next steps towards living more independently. Our aim is not simply to provide support, but to equip people with the tools, knowledge and skills that enable them to move on to less supported environments and achieve greater independence over time.
This is a 24 hour service, for individuals with a learning disability, therefore flexibility is essential. You will be working a range of shifts from 7:00/8:00 am to 2:00/3:00pm and 2:00/3:00 pm to 9:00/10:00pm, sleep ins or waking nights, some weekends. Please note that working hours may vary from service to service.
