An established industry player is looking for a compassionate Bank Support Practitioner to provide tailored support to individuals with complex needs. This role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to choose your shifts while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those you support. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Downfield Street service as Bank Support Practitioner. Our bank contracts will give you flexibility over the days and hours you work. Tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit.
Due to the nature of this role, we can only accept applications from male candidates. A full manual driving licence with access to a car is highly desirable but essential.
You will be supporting a male service user, on a 2:1 ratio, with an acquired brain injury. Our supported individual wants to experience and enjoy life and visit places of interest.
As well as an acquired brain injury, the service user has complex needs and behaviours of concern. Therefore, we are ideally seeking candidates with experience of these aspects. CALMS training will be given as part of this role, as well as being supported by the TRFS positive behaviour support team.
Our dedicated team provide tailored support 24/7 and shift patterns include working days, evenings, sleepovers, wakened nights, weekends and bank/public holidays.

All successful Support Practitioner applicants will be given a conditional offer- this is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and PVG; having a conviction will not necessarily debar you from working in this sector.
