THE RICHMOND FELLOWSHIP SCOTLAND LIMITED is looking for Bank Support Practitioners to provide high-quality support in East Renfrewshire. This role offers flexibility over your working hours.

We're on the lookout for motivated and creative individuals with a positive attitude to join us in East Renfreshire as Bank Support Practitioners.
Our bank contracts offer flexibility over the days and hours you work. Tell us when you are available, and we will look to give you shifts that fit. This is a Bank (as and when required) role, meaning shifts will be offered based on service needs. If you're looking for full-time, guaranteed hours, this may not be the right fit, but if you want flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support when it's needed most. You will help ensure consistent support during staff leave, sickness or training. To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up 2-3shifts per week.
You will be part of a dedicated and friendly team, supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling and personal care. You'll also provide emotional support and assist them to maintain relationships with family and friends. Some individuals have complex communication needs and use different communication tools to meet their needs.
No two days are the same, and every shift offers the chance to make a meaningful difference.
We are looking for individuals with a range of availablity to cover a variety of different shift patterns.
