Choice Care is offering flexible Bank Social Care Worker positions with ad-hoc hours in the Newark on Trent area. The role provides in-house training on onboarding and a supportive team environment, with a focus on person-centered care and safe, fulfilling lives for those supported.

Where will you work?

This service is provided by Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln. This six-bed residential property supports young adults with severe learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, challenging behaviour and other complex needs. The home was extensively refurbished in 2013 and now provides six en-suite bedrooms, five on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The ground floor also comprises a breakfast kitchen, dining room, games room and lounge.
