Choice Care is recruiting a Bank Social Care Worker for Abbeyfield Lodge in Fleet, Hampshire. This flexible, ad-hoc role offers hours as required and an hourly rate of £12.80.

Training is provided in-house and you'll work alongside permanent staff to support residents with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will deliver personal care, assist with daily activities, and maintain records following care plans.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in social care is not required; in-house training provided.
• Providing personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding).
• Follow care plans and maintain written records.

Where will you work?

Abbeyfield Lodge is a large, detached home near the centre of Fleet in Hampshire, registered to support up to 13 men and women of varying ages with mental health conditions and associated complex needs. The home offers a programme of individual and group activities, and has excellent links with local colleges and businesses offering work placements. Regular monthly residents’ meetings provide a forum to discuss service provision and encourage feedback. Fleet town centre is a short walk away, and there’s easy access to public transport, plus the home also has two vehicles for local travel, recreational and educational visits and activities like swimming and bowling.
