NHS Highland is seeking a dedicated individual to join their care team at Home Farm Nursing Home in Portree. The position involves providing personal care and assisting senior staff in ensuring quality care for residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join the NHS Highland care team working within Home Farm Nursing Home in Portree. The post holders will assist the Nursing & Care Home Manager/Deputy Manager and senior care staff in the support and delivery of resident/patient care.
This post is responsible for providing personal care and support to service users and to support care staff to meet the needs of older people in a residential care setting, as required by legislation.
Applicants should have experience in working with people in a care setting and the ability to undertake SVQ 2 and any relevant training. For more details please refer the job description.
