Brainkind Stagenhoe offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in the scenic Hitchin countryside. We provide flexible working arrangements, including a 3-day week, supporting a healthy work-life balance and career development.

About us:

Stagenhoe is a Brainkind specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire, caring for adults aged 18 and over with various neurological conditions. We focus on delivering personalized care to enhance health and wellbeing, promote independence, and support emotional and social needs.

Our facilities include assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals, utilizing expert neurorehabilitation to improve the lives of individuals with neurological conditions or brain injuries.

About the role:

  1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care based on evidence-based guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  3. Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies, procedures, and NMC guidelines.
  4. Perform all clinical care following Brainkind policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure care is provided in line with inter-professional evidence-based care plans.
  6. Manage patient care responsibilities during shifts where appropriate.

About you:

  • Registered nurse with post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of best clinical practices for the client group.
  • Understanding of current legislation within the independent care sector.
  • Experience in nurse-led management of long-term conditions.
  • Commitment to service user involvement.
  • Clinical leadership skills and ability to develop clinical practice.
