Main duties of the job

• Help lead the team by working closely with the Outpatient Manager

• Demonstrate excellent clinical practice with high standards and outcomes
• Prioritise patients' health and wellbeing across complex pathways and changing caseloads
• Communicate care delivery and outcomes to patients and team members
• Maintain high standards of infection control

Qualifications
