Excelcare seeks a Bank Registered Nurse for our Winifred Dell Care Home in Brentwood, Essex. You will join a compassionate team delivering high-quality nursing care, with focus on safe clinical decisions, medication administration, and adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

You will contribute to person-centred care planning, risk assessments and maintaining dignity and respect for residents while collaborating with the nurse team under the Deputy Manager.

Formación

• NMC Pin is required and current.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks such as NMC and CQC is expected.
• A genuine passion for working with older people is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, kind and professional nature.

Responsabilidades

• Administering medication in line with care plans and protocols.
• Monitor care team practice and report to Deputy Manager.
• Develop and review person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities while promoting independence, dignity and respect.
