Job summary

Excelcare Holdings is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse for Sherrell House Care Home in Chigwell, Essex. You will join a compassionate team, delivering high-quality nursing care and working under the Deputy Manager.

Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring practice, and creating person-centred care plans while promoting independence, dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid UK NMC Pin number.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including NMC and CQC.
• Passion for working with older people.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, professional nature.

We are currently looking for Bank Registered Nurse at our Sherrell House Care Home in Chigwell, Essex. You will become part of a compassionate and welcoming team where your dedication, reliability and support will make a difference to the people living in our care home every day.

• £24.95 per hour (Breaks Unpaid)
• 8am - 8pm (DAYS) or 8pm - 8am (NIGHTS) Monday - Sunday as per the rota

About the role:

• As a UK Bank Registered Nurse, we will be relying on your professional qualifications and experience to make safe clinical decisions to ensure that only the highest quality of nursing care is delivered
• You will work closely with other nurses in the nurse team and report into the Deputy Manager. You will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring the Care Teams on practice, and working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
• Your involvement with creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments will be key to the successful delivery of outstanding care and regular updates and reviews will be required
• You will be engaging in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home as well as always promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect
