Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a dedicated Registered Bank Nurse to join the team at Lowfield House Residential Home in Kirton in Lindsey. The home supports residents with a range of needs, and a current NMC pin is essential.

You will work with compassionate colleagues to deliver safe, person-centred care, complete nursing notes, manage medications, maintain care plans, and uphold the NMC code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Current NMC pin is essential.
• Post-qualification clinical experience desirable.
• Compassionate, patient-focused care with residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in safe medication ordering, custody, storage and administration.
• Ensure care plans and records are up to date and accurate.
• Maintain clinical calendar tasks and responsibilities.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Comply with the NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Respect each client's dignity and independence.
• Lead daily handovers with care staff and nurses.
• Attend and share information at daily meetings.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested.
