• Salary: £23.00 Per Hour
• Shift Type: Mixed - Days & Nights

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
2. Ensure accurate care documentation and observe daily interactions and conditions.
3. Lead and organize your team at the start of each shift, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
4. Oversee shift handovers, ensuring continuity and clarity in patient care.
5. Perform routine health observations and manage specific health needs with attention to detail and safety.
6. Administer medications safely following protocols.
7. Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
8. Support residents' independence and daily activities.
9. Respond to feedback and prioritize resident well-being.
10. Uphold residents' dignity and advocate for their needs and preferences.
11. Encourage social engagement and activities to enrich residents' lives.
12. Maintain safety standards to ensure a secure environment.
13. Monitor nutrition and hydration, especially for residents at risk.
14. Respond swiftly to emergencies, utilizing on-call systems and reflective practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Passion for care and dedication to improving residents' lives.
• Ability to connect warmly and patiently with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity, empathy, and respect.
