What you will be doing

As a Bank Nurse, you will provide high-quality evidence-based support to service users in our care, working as part of the team, supporting colleagues, and always prioritizing the needs of service users.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5-hour shifts. As a nurse on our bank, you’ll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the flexibility to choose your shifts.

Where you will be working

You will work at Ty Gwyn Hall, a rehabilitation and recovery service for individuals diagnosed with various mental health conditions.

Supporting service users through every stage of their recovery within the hospital’s five units, you will be part of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Ty Gwyn Hall boasts low staff turnover, minimal agency staffing, and a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes. Located in the Brecon Beacons National Park, near Abergavenny, South Wales, it is accessible via the M4, M5, and rail networks.
