The NHS is seeking enthusiastic bank clinicians to deliver high-quality care in the community. This role involves using advanced clinical skills and working flexible shifts to manage diverse health conditions. We are looking for enthusiastic andexperienced nurse or allied-health professionals to join us as bank cliniciansand work autonomously in the community. This is an opportunity to use advancedclinical skills, including physical assessment, clinical decision making anddifferential diagnosis for a range of common acute and chronic conditions.
Applicantswho are not currently in a Band 7 role will be considered based on experienceand qualifications.
The community rapid response team is part of the 2-hour Urgent Community Response service. This is an admission avoidance service for people in the community experiencing a sudden deterioration in health and wellbeing, and gives an opportunity to gain experience with a wide range of clinical presentations.
This is a bank post and hours willdepend on service need and clinician availability. The usual working hours are7.5h shifts between the hours of 0800 and 2000, 7 days a week. This role may berequired to work weekends.
You will be mostly based at HollyfieldHouse although you will also need to be able to travel to our other sites asneeded and to community visits.
