Join our Penrose Roots bank workforce as a Bank Project Worker and help us provide flexible, person-centred support across our Roots projects. You will work alongside our dedicated teams to support participants with mental health, wellbeing, substance use and complex support needs, helping them build confidence, strengthen independence and connect with opportunities in their local community.
This is a flexible bank role, so shifts will be offered in line with participant needs and Roots service requirements rather than through a guaranteed rota. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable, as you may be supporting people across community settings, residential homes and SIG accommodation services across Bedfordshire and Luton.
Key Responsibilities Include:

You'll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, building positive relationships with participants from a wide range of backgrounds and treating everyone with dignity, respect and compassion.
