Job summary

Operose Health in Basingstoke is seeking a Bank Prescribing Pharmacist to support practices during periods of absence and annual leave. You will provide online and telephone triage, minor illness management and LTC advice, delivering safe clinical decisions with patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role.
• Previous general practice experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice.
• Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team and driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
