Job summary

Operose Health is recruiting a Bank Practice Nurse in Basingstoke to support primary care services. You will work with the practice team to deliver patient care, manage chronic diseases, and ensure high standards of treatment and policy adherence.

Required RN registration with post-registration experience, and proven experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations within a primary care setting.

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.

Responsibilities

• As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance, and working with the general practice team to meet patient needs while following policies and procedures.
• Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.

Role Responsibility

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and and procedures are followed.
