Job summary

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) Hastings Hub is seeking a Bank Practice Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct. You will provide assessment, treatment, screening and health education to patients, working independently and alongside our team of nurses and GPs.

Experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, and health screening is desirable.

Bank Practice Nurse – Hastings Hub

As a Bank Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, working in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct. You will provide assessment, treatment, screening, and health education to our patients, working independently and alongside our team of nurses and GPs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening, and risk assessment. As a clinical member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery and future development of the overall service, working towards the achievement of the Practice aims and objectives and supporting the delivery of the Practice business plan.
