Practice Plus Group is seeking a Bank Physiotherapist to join an orthopaedic-focused team. This bank role provides the flexibility to pick up shifts around existing commitments while delivering high-quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for elective surgery patients.

You will work with inpatients and day-case pathways, supporting recovery from hip/knee replacements and other procedures, in a multidisciplinary setting. Shifts offered as needed.

Competenze

• HCPC registered and eligible to practice.
• Experience in elective surgical rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Assess and treat elective surgical patients across pathways.
• Support pre-operative preparation and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses and MDT to ensure safe discharge.

Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking for flexible working opportunities within a specialist orthopaedic environment? We are looking for a Bank Physiotherapist to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with patients undergoing a wide range of elective surgical procedures, including hip and knee replacements, ACL reconstruction, shoulder surgery, spinal surgery and foot and ankle procedures. As a Bank Physiotherapist, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work around your existing commitments while making a real difference to patients' recovery and rehabilitation.

As our Bank Physiotherapist, you'll provide high-quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for elective surgical patients across inpatient and day-case pathways. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support patients from their pre-operative preparation through to post-operative recovery and discharge.

You'll work closely with consultants, nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure patients achieve the best possible outcomes while receiving safe, effective and compassionate care.

This role is offered on a bank (0-hour) contract. There are no guaranteed hours, and shifts will be offered depending on business needs. You can accept or decline shifts based on your availability, making this a flexible option - but it may not be suitable if you are seeking consistent or full-time hours.
